At Tacklebox Beauty, we do our best to ensure our website reflects accurate stock levels; all orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order to the original method of payment.

Local Delivery

We are pleased to offer local delivery to most addresses within Greater Victoria and the Saanich Peninsula, or pick-up from our store on Broad Street. Products are generally delivered within two (2) business days following the day your order is placed.

Local delivery is free with a minimum $75 purchase. For purchases less than $75, local delivery is available for a $10 fee.

If you select delivery, we will contact you to notify you of your delivery date and window. If you won’t be available during that time, we can provide an alternate time, or arrange to leave the delivery at your location.

Pick-up in Store

Or, you can pick up your order from our store on Broad Street. If you prefer this option, please select pick up in store from the delivery options at check out. Your order will be ready for pick up the next day we are open, following the day your order is placed.

We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up. Our store hours are posted online here.

Returns + Exchanges

We offer exchanges for unused products in original packaging and not damaged with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. For allergies or product reactions, we offer exchanges on products where less than a quarter of the total product has been used.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product and pickup their prearranged exchange at our retail store. If there is a difference in value it will be adjusted at the time of exchange. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items
Sale items, travel size products, brushes, facial rollers, hair accessories, hats and jewelry are final sale.

Electrical Items
Electrical items are final sale unless, except in the event of a manufacturer’s defect. 

We provide a one (1) year warranty on electrical items. In the case of a manufacturer’s defect, it can be exchanged for the same item within one (1) year of the purchase date, with original receipt.
